Mm2h Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using mm2h's services. Continued use of the platform constitutes your agreement to all provisions stated below.

1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing or using the mm2h platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all related policies listed herein. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
To register and use mm2h's services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority as recognised under applicable Malaysian law.
- A citizen or resident physically located in Malaysia at the time of using this platform.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
- Not prohibited by any applicable local laws or regulations from using online gambling services.
Mm2h reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. User accounts that fail to verify their eligibility may be suspended or terminated without prior notice.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted to register only one account on mm2h. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances frozen. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, including your username and password. mm2h shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately.
General User Responsibilities
- Users are prohibited from using the mm2h platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities that may affect other users.
- Users are prohibited from using automated software, bots, or other technical methods to manipulate or exploit the platform's systems.
- Any attempt to hack, attack, or disrupt mm2h's technical infrastructure is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
3. Payments, Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions
All financial transactions on the mm2h platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposits are made using a valid payment method registered in the same name as their mm2h account.
Accepted Deposit Methods
The platform accepts deposits via local Malaysian payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, and major online banking services. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to change and will be displayed within the user account during the deposit process.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method or bank account registered under the user's name. mm2h reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take several business days.
Bonus Transactions
All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific wagering requirements. Winnings generated from bonus credits cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements are fully met within the stipulated validity period. Any attempt to withdraw a bonus without fulfilling the conditions will result in automatic forfeiture of that bonus.
4. Platform Usage Rules & Limitation of Liability
Permitted Use
The mm2h platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. Users are not permitted to use the platform for commercial purposes, resell access, or act as an agent for third parties without written authorisation from mm2h management.
Mm2h Limitation of Liability
Mm2h shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses from wagering, technical service disruptions beyond our control, or unauthorised access to your account resulting from user negligence.
Intellectual Property
All content on the mm2h platform — including text, graphics, logos, user interfaces, and software code — is the intellectual property of mm2h or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The mm2h platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. mm2h is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
5. Account Policy — Suspension, Closure & Changes to Terms
Account Suspension & Closure
Mm2h reserves the right to suspend or close a user account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of the following: fraud or illegal activity, breach of these terms and conditions, multiple account registrations, bonus or promotion abuse, or any conduct that may compromise the integrity of the platform or other users.
If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, mm2h reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any remaining balance in that account without compensation, subject to individual case assessment.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Mm2h reserves the right to modify, add, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this website. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through a mutually agreed process between both parties, or where necessary, through the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
